  • What is the Delivery Time?

    We provide shipping all over Pakistan through TCS and internationally through FedEx/DHL. It will take 2-3 business days for delivery within Pakistan and 3-5 days for international orders delivery. Bridal & Formal Wear delivery times are determined after reviewing your requirements and the season of delivery.

  • What if the product color varies?

    Maria.B ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Maria.B. Do not accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

  • Can I amend my order?

    Any amendments can be suggested within 24 hours from the receipt of the order. Any amendment to the original order after 24 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes.

  • What if my merchandise is damaged?

    If the item is damaged, you may get it exchange. Email us help@mariab.ae for exchange approval. Our team will review the damage, once the dispute is settled fairly we will issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the invoice and send it with the next order made by the customer.

  • How do I can track my order?

    On dispatch, you will be provided a Tracking ID for your order through email and SMS. You can log on to DHL/FedEx website for international order and TCS website for local delivery respectively.

  • Do I need to have an account to shop with you?

    You can also place an order without making an account which is called a Guest Checkout. However, setting up an account will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You can cancel your order before the item is shipped with 24 hours. Order amount will not be refunded back instead a coupon of same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from Maria B within next 60 days.

  • Can I add items to the existing order or make changes to an order?

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order once the order has been processed. We don’t accommodate any changes to the order.

  • Does the price of the order include shipping?

    Typically, we will indicate shipping charges separately as part of the order on the checkout page. The final payment amount charged will include shipping charges depending on your order details and location.
