Bridals and Formals collection is not available as Ready to wear or Unstitched. All dresses are made to order in accordance with the customer’s size.
We do not offer Bespoke Services. Any dress selected by you from our collection, will be made new as per your measurements. We recommend against altering the original style and color, as the sample shown has gone through the processes and is tried and tested. If you want to alter it as per your vision, it has to go through a number of prototypes to get it right which is time consuming and costly.
We will however make minor changes to the original design such as a neckline or a sleeve, swapping some detail, adding or subtracting beading or embroidery, but only if the design still works.
Appointments for Bridals are required.
Walk-ins are welcome; however we recommend making an appointment at least two days prior to your visit to ensure the consultant’s availability for assisting and discussing options with you. During busy hours, you may be asked to wait until the consultant becomes available, or be asked to return at a later date or time.
We suggest deciding on a Bridal dress three-six months prior to your wedding date for a stress free experience and ensuring availability of sufficient time for fittings and accessorizing.
For Formals, the orders can be placed six weeks prior to your occasion.
If your wedding date is sooner than the time we typically need to produce a standard Bridal or Formal, a rush order can be placed for an additional charge.
Once you have paid the booking amount, you are more than welcome to take pictures of your dress. Prior to booking however, we have a strict no photography policy.
We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. Remaining 50% is paid at the time of dress collection.
*For online orders we require full payment made at the time of booking, unless someone will be placing order on your behalf and collecting it directly from the studio.

Since the dress is made to measure, we strongly encourage to have your measurements taken by a professional, local tailor who can measure accurately.
Our consultant will assist you in the whole process.
Yes we can ship your dress to you. Shipping within Pakistan is free of charges. International shipping will be applicable to charges as per weight of the dress and destination.
Shipping within Pakistan takes two-three working days.
International shipping takes four-five business days.
We do not offer discounts on a single dress order.
If you book more than one dress, a package deal will be offered to you. However if you like a certain dress and wants it within your budget; options can be discussed with the consultant and she will let you know what is and isn’t possible to save money with your dream design.
All sales are final. We do not accommodate cancellations or refunds under any circumstances.
