  • Ready-to-ship articles are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted on the basis of personal preference or change of mind.
  • Any customs and duties applicable at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid in full.
  • Customized and made-to-order garments are not eligible for return, refund, or chargeback under any circumstances.
  • Please note that slight color variations may occur between product imagery and the actual item due to photography lighting, post-processing, and screen display differences. Such variations are inherent to the nature of digital photography and are not considered a quality defect; returns or exchanges will not be accepted on this basis.
  • Bridal and Couture orders are crafted exclusively for each client. Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced, returns, refunds, and cancellations will not be entertained.
  • Due to the handcrafted nature of Bridal and Couture wear, minor variations in color, embroidery placement, embellishments, or finishing details may occur. These are considered a natural characteristic of artisanal craftsmanship and not a product defect.
  • All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Maria.B following inspection of the reported concern.
