All orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders are shipped through our designated courier partners and are expected to be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances.

Delivery Procedure & Proof of Delivery

•                 Delivery will be attempted at the shipping address provided at the time of order placement.

•                 If the receiver is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel at the doorstep/premises.

•                 In such cases, the courier will provide either: o   a signed proof of delivery from the receiver/representative, or o             a photograph of the doorstep showing the delivered parcel.

Either of the above will be considered valid proof of successful delivery.

 

Liability

Once the parcel has been delivered and proof of delivery (signature or doorstep photograph) has been recorded, Maria.B Designs shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter, including parcels stolen or misplaced from the doorstep.

Important Notes

•                 Delivery timelines are calculated in business days only.

•                 During sale periods, peak seasons, or promotional campaigns, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

•                 Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
