Shipping Policy

At Maria.B Designs, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and transparently. Please review the following shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

All orders placed on our website are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Orders are shipped through our designated courier partners and are expected to be delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical circumstances. 

Delivery Procedure & Proof of Delivery

                All Custom duties, taxes, and import charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and must be paid by the receipient at the time of delivery.

                For certain international shipments, customs authorities may require personal identification information such as SSN, EIN, or other relevant details for clearance purposes. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information when requested by the courier or customs office.

                 Delivery will be attempted at the shipping address provided at the time of order placement.

                 If the receiver is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave the parcel at the doorstep/premises.

                 In such cases, the courier will provide either:

o   a signed proof of delivery from the receiver/representative, or

o   a photograph of the doorstep showing the delivered parcel.

Either of the above will be considered valid proof of successful delivery. 

Liability

Once the parcel has been delivered and proof of delivery (signature or doorstep photograph) has been recorded, Maria.B Designs shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring thereafter, including parcels stolen or misplaced from the doorstep.

Important Notes

                Delivery If a parcel is returned due to non-payment of custom charges, missing, incorrect, or refusal to provide required personal information, Maria.B will not be held responsible for the return. Any return shipping charges, duties, or additional costs will be borne by the customer.

                Delivery timelines are calculated in business days only.

                 During sale periods, peak seasons, or promotional campaigns, dispatch and delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

                 Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
