Bridal Terms and Conditions

• All Bridals and Formals are made to order.
• Formals making time is approx 6-8 weeks after confirmation of order.
• Bridals making time is approx 8-12 weeks after confirmation of order.
• International shipping is subject to charges depending upon weight and destination.

• Initial deposit payment is 50% for customers paying at the shop while the remaining amount can be paid when the outfit is ready for pick up. Please note that we require full payment for ONLINE ORDERS.
• Changes to the original selected design will be entertained within the first two days of order. Please note that any change/addition may be subject to charges.
• Once the order has been placed, THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS.
• We currently operate on a NO REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY.
• The quoted price is subject to increase if the size is bigger than small.
• All clients-by paying deposit are adhering to these Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before going ahead.
